Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By registering for an account, submitting a membership application, or otherwise using Viksit Bharat NRI ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Supplier Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who can join

Membership is open to legitimate businesses, business owners, procurement professionals, entrepreneurs and NRI professionals with a genuine business purpose. You must be able to provide accurate information about yourself and your company and be reachable for verification by email and mobile phone during the review process.

3. Membership review and decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applications are reviewed by a Group Head, who may contact you for a verification call before submitting a recommendation. A Super Admin makes the final decision. Membership is granted at the discretion of the network. We may decline an application without being obligated to give a detailed reason, though we will notify you of the outcome.

4. Your responsibilities as a member

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information on your application and profile.
• Engage with suppliers and other members in good faith and in a professional manner.
• Use the supplier directory for genuine sourcing and business purposes, not for unrelated solicitation, scraping, or resale of directory data.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your login with anyone else.
• Use the in-platform complaint process to report a dispute with a supplier, rather than public channels, so it can be reviewed and tracked.
• Respect the confidentiality of any case information you have access to as a complainant, Group Head, or reviewer.

5. Suppliers and sourcing decisions

Suppliers listed in the directory are independently operated businesses. Supplier profiles are created and maintained by our administration team and reviewed before publication; this review is not a guarantee of a supplier's product quality, financial standing, or ability to fulfill an order. You remain responsible for your own technical, financial and commercial due diligence before entering into any agreement with a supplier. See our Supplier Disclaimer for further detail.

6. Completed business records and complaints

You may submit a record of business completed with a listed supplier. Transaction values and supporting documents you submit are kept confidential and are never published without your explicit, per-record consent; at most, an anonymous count may appear on a supplier's profile.

You may submit a formal complaint against a supplier with supporting evidence. We will screen, assign, and review submitted complaints, and may contact the supplier for a response. The complaint process is intended to support review and communication between the parties; it does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or settlement, and a genuine complaint submitted in good faith will not, by itself, affect your membership.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership for providing false information, abusive conduct toward other members, staff or suppliers, misuse of supplier or member data, account sharing, submitting malicious or bad-faith complaints, or other substantiated violations of these terms. Where practical, we will notify you of the reason.

8. Intellectual property and data use

The supplier directory, platform content, and underlying software belong to Viksit Bharat NRI or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute directory data or other members' information in bulk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or our processes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to members where practical.
